on Zoning Ordinance Amendments to be held on
Monday, January 21, 2019
Notice is hereby given that at the next regular meeting of the Enfield Planning Board to be held at the Enfield Public Works Facility located at 74 Lockehaven Rd. on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 7:00 PM, the following public hearing will be held: Amendments to the Enfield Zoning Ordinance.
The proposed amendments include amendments relating to:
- Changes to the definition and extent of setback requirements
- Changes to the prescribed dimensions of a parking space
- Reorganization of the Zoning Ordinance
- Modifications to non-conforming lots and their uses
- Modified restrictions on Accessory Dwelling Units per RSA 674:71-72
- Modifications to off-premises sign requirements and allowances
- Changes to the definition of a kennel
