Public Works Facility, 74 Lockehaven Road, Enfield
and via Teams videoconference (click on link above to join the meeting)

to discuss the potential sale of the following vacant parcels:

• Map 14 Lot 6, access off Rail Trail, known as one of the Johnston properties, .09-acre
• Map 34 Lot 60, Shedd Street, 1.24-acre
• Map 34 Lot 61, Shedd Street, 1.969-acre

• Committee recommendations to the Select Board relative to the Johnston Property (Map 14, Lot 6) and Methodist Hill Property  (Map 2, Lot 29) can be found at https://www.enfield.nh.us/select-board
• As was discussed at the first public hearing on May 6th, a party who has the "First Right of Purchase", has expressed a desire to purchase May 14, Lot 6.  The public hearing relative to that property will be held while that purchase is under negotiation.
