STRATEGIC GOVERNANCE - UPCOMING PUBLIC MEETINGS ON JULY 30 & 31 AND AUGUST 7

[PLEASE NOTE CHANGES TO PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED DEPARTMENT PRESENTATION DATES & TIMES]

To build upon its strong foundation of innovative thinking and community engagement, the Town of Enfield has adopted a process to create strategic plans for all its departments and to integrate them with the development of annual operating budgets, updates to the master plan, and preparation of a capital improvement plan. Collectively, this effort will serve as a roadmap for ongoing enhancements to municipal services and overall community development.

We would like to announce that joint meetings of the Board of Selectmen and Budget Committee will be held on July 30 & 31, as well as August 7, to give municipal departments an opportunity to present their strategic plans and outline new initiatives that have the potential to improve quality of life in Enfield.
