Public Hearing Notice - Water & Sewer Rates and Donations in excess of $10,000 for Mascoma Lakeside Park Improvements

The Board of Selectmen will hold two public hearings, in succession, on

Monday, December 20, 2021
at 6:00 PM 
Public Works Facility, 74 Lockehaven Rd, Enfield 
& via Zoom videoconference

Hearing #1 – acting as Water & Sewer Commissioners the Selectmen will discuss and act upon the setting of Municipal Water and Sewer Rates, in accordance with RSA 35:7.  (See proposed rates below)

Hearing #2 – the Selectmen will discuss the acceptance of donations in excess of $10,000 for Mascoma Lakeside Park improvements.  

Public hearings may start later, but not earlier than the posted time.
