PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Board of Selectmen will hold four public hearings in succession, in accordance with RSA 33:8-a, regarding bonds or notes over $100,000,

Tuesday, February 4, 2020

Public Works Facility
74 Lockehaven Road, Enfield

Hearing #1: for a capital lease (without escape clause) of four Police cruisers in the amount of $190,000;

Hearing #2, to be held immediately following Hearing #1, for replacement of the Oak Hill Road bridge in the amount of $150,000;

Hearing #3, to be held immediately following Hearing #2, for improvements to the municipal water system in the amount of $1,900,000;

Hearing #4, to be held immediately following Hearing #3, for improvements to the municipal sewer system in the amount of $1,900,000.

All four hearings are relative to articles which will appear on the 2020 Town Meeting Warrant for vote at the second session (business meeting) of Town Meeting on March 14, 2020.
