ENFIELD MUNICIPAL WATER DEPARTMENT - IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

WATER MAIN REPAIRS SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 5, BEGINNING AT 9AM
On Christmas Day the Town water system experienced a water main break on Shaker Hill Road that put residents on several streets out of water for several hours. The main was patched temporarily and continues to leak.
A permanent repair is scheduled for Wednesday, January 5, 2022 beginning at 9:00 am. While we are hoping to shut off fewer services this time, residents who were without water Christmas evening should plan to use their daily water before 9:00 AM or store water to last several hours while the repair is being made.
