Eastman Charitable Foundation Offers $1,500 Scholarships

The Eastman Charitable Foundation (ECF) is offering three $1,500 scholarships to college-bound high school seniors living in Enfield, Springfield or Grantham who will be majoring in Environmental Science or a related field.
