COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Community Lutheran Church

Community Lutheran Church, 96 Main St in Enfield, NH  is hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Saturday, October 15th  from 9 am to 4 pm.  Pfizer, Moderna and Janssen (J & J) vaccines will be available.  Adults needing 1st, 2nd, 3rd vaccinations or boosters, children 12-17 years can be vaccinated or boosted, and children 5-11 years can be vaccinated and boosted at this clinic if eligible.  If you have been thinking about getting your first vaccine or any of the follow up vaccines/boosters this is an easy, local place to do so.  We hope to see you on October 15th!

The NH Mobile Vaccination Van will set up the clinic in the Fellowship Hall of the church as we did in our prior 4 clinics.  Adults must bring their vaccination card (if they have one) and their ID.  Children must come with a parent or guardian who can sign a consent form, and an ID (such as their birth certificate, school ID, passport). 

People sign up to come during a 1-hour time slot to receive their vaccination.

There will be some pop-up advertisements that you can “X” out of so you can see what you need to.  After clicking the “signup button for the time slot you want be sure to scroll down and click the “submit” button.  Signupgenius will confirm with you by email that you are signed up for the 1-hour time slot you selected.  I will also receive this.  The 1-hour time slots will accept up to 15-30 people each.

Those people who are scheduled into time slots will be vaccinated first in each time slot.  We are going to try to take some walk-ins.  Walk-ins should come between 1 pm and 3:30pm.  We cannot guarantee all walk-ins will be vaccinated but we will sure try!!
