Reminder - COVID Vaccine Clinic October 29th at Community Lutheran Church

A REMINDER FROM THE COMMUNITY LUTHERAN CHURCH:  In case you never found time or remembered to sign up for a time slot at the COVID Vaccine Clinic on October 29th at Community Lutheran Church, the details and link to sign up are below:

Does your child need a Covid bi-valent booster?  Do you?

Community Lutheran Church, 96 Main Street, Enfield, is again hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Saturday, October 29th  from 9 am to 4 pm.  Pfizer, Moderna and Janssen (J & J) vaccines will be available.  Children 5-11 can now be boosted with the Pfizer bi-valent booster.  Adults needing 1st, 2nd, 3rd vaccinations or boosters,  and children 12-17 years can be vaccinated or boosted.  All boosters will be the bi-valent boosters.  If you have been thinking about getting your first vaccine or the follow up bi-valent boosters this is an easy, local place to do so.  We hope to see you on October 29th!

The NH Mobile Vaccination Van will set up the clinic in the Fellowship Hall of the church as we did in our prior 5 clinics.  Adults must bring their vaccination card (if they have one) and their ID.  Children must come with a parent or guardian who can sign a consent form, and an ID (such as their birth certificate, school ID, passport). 

People sign up to come during a 1 hour time slot to receive their vaccination.

 There will be some pop up advertisements that you can “X” out of so you can see what you need to.  After clicking the “signup button for the time slot you want, be sure to scroll down and click the “submit” button.  Signupgenius will confirm with you by email that you are signed up for the 1 hour time slot you selected.  I will also receive this.  The 1 hour time slots will accept up to 15-25 people each.

Those people who are scheduled into time slots will be vaccinated first in each time slot.  We plan to take some (10 or more) walk-ins in each time slot.  We cannot guarantee all walk-ins will be vaccinated but we will sure try!!
