Marjorie Carr retired as Town Librarian in 2014, but is still the Town Historian. Please call the library to arrange a time to meet.
The Library offers access to the genealogical resource Ancestry Library (in-Library use only) and copies of "Enfield New Hampshire 1761-2000: the History of a Town Influenced by the Shakers" (pictured) may be purchased at the Library for $39.95 (cash or check only).
Dartmouth College houses the Nellie Pierce Collection on the Town of Enfield at the Rauner Special Collections Library, the contents of which are documented online. Materials have to be viewed at Dartmouth.
At the bottom of the page are documents created by local resident K. Gotthardt covering various aspects of Enfield's history.
