ENFIELD ORDINANCE RELATIVE TO FACE COVERINGS TO EXPIRE JUNE 18, 2021 AT 9:00 PM

The Enfield Board of Selectmen set the expiration of the Ordinance Relative to Face Coverings for 9:00 PM on June 18, 2021.  The Board of Selectmen would like it to be clear that:

  1.    Vaccinated individuals may go about their business without restriction and without the need for face coverings.
  2.    No masks are necessary outdoors for anyone; vaccinated or not.
  3.    Non-vaccinated individuals are strongly encouraged to continue to wear masks indoors in public settings.
  4.    Business owners and other entities, including the public library, may make face covering rules suitable for their establishments at their own discretion even after the Ordinance expires on June 18th at 9:00 PM.


ENFIELD MUNICIPAL OFFICES TO RE-OPEN TO THE PUBLIC JUNE 21, 2021

We, as a community, have worked hard to protect the health and safety of our fellow residents.  We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this difficult time.  Now that vaccines are available and the COVID-19 pandemic is easing, all Town municipal offices will reopen to the public for in-person transactions, effective Monday, June 21, 2021. 

Our municipal offices re-opening coincides with the lifting of mask restrictions. 

In addition to the guidance provided by the Board of Selectmen, we also ask that:

  1. If you’re not feeling well, please do not visit our offices.
  2. If you are not feeling well or are simply not comfortable doing in-person transactions, our online options for vehicle registration renewals, tax payments and more are still available at https://www.enfield.nh.us/home/pages/online-payments.  Many transactions can also be done my mail.  Please contact the appropriate Town department for more information on available services.

ENFIELD TOWN OFFICES
Town Clerk, Tax Collector and Town Manager Offices

At the Enfield Town Offices, masks will not be required, but are encouraged for non-vaccinated individuals.  We ask visitors to our offices to limit the number of individuals in the lobby at one time to 4 individuals (excluding children under the age of 12). 

Lobby foot traffic will continue to be one-way only – entering at the main entrance and exiting through the side entrance.

These operations will be subject to change.  Please read the notices posted at the entrance for guidance.

While supplies last, masks and hand sanitizer will continue to be available for visitors who wish to use them.

ENFIELD PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY
Building & Health, Land Use & Community Development, Public Works, Welfare Offices

At the Public Works Facility, masks will not be required, but are encouraged for non-vaccinated individuals.

Appointments are encouraged, but not required.  Please continue to call ahead to be sure DPW staff is available to check brush and yard waste loads on the days the Transfer Station is closed.
