Your Local Government Officials

Your local government officials serve the community in a number of ways.  Below is a list of those boards, committees and individuals that serve the town on an ongoing basis.  In order to maintain the most accurate list possible, committees that are called to serve terms of less than one year are not included.  We recognize that the Individuals that serve on these short-term committees serve a vital function and we thank them for their time and service to their community.

The voters elect individuals at the second session of town meeting, held the second Tuesday of March each year.  If you are interested in election to one of these positions you must file with the Town Clerk to have your name included on the ballot. Look for the town’s notice for the filing period in January of each year.

Individuals interested in serving on appointed committees should send a letter of interest to the Office of the Selectmen, PO Box 373, Enfield NH  03748 or email townhall@enfield.nh.us.  Appointments are generally made in April of each year.
