Notice is hereby given that at the next regular meeting of the Enfield Planning Board to be held at the Enfield Public Works Facility located at 74 Lockehaven Rd. on Wednesday, November 18, 2015, at 7:00 PM, the following public hearings will be held:

  • Cardigan Mountain Land Surveys, LLC will represent Joan Decato and Michael & Luci Wilson in requesting a Boundary Line Adjustment at 431 and 447 Methodist Hill Road at Tax Lots 2-27 and 2-27-1 in the R5 Zoning District
  • Amendments to the Enfield Zoning Ordinance regarding Solar Energy Systems will be presented.  The proposed amendments include definitions relating to Solar Energy and  details as to allowed uses in the Zoning Districts.
  • Amendments to the Enfield Subdivision Regulations will be presented. The proposed amendments include revisions to the Regulations to reflect changes in State Law as well as to the details provided throughout the current regulations.
