The Town of Enfield is actively accepting requests for scheduling of the Enfield Community Building for the 2016 calendar year. When making your requests please be sure to include dates, times and locations (upstairs hall, downstairs meeting room, or both) as well as contact information for yourself or your organization. Requests should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, dropped off at the Town Office or mailed to Enfield Town Manager’s Office, PO Box 373, Enfield NH 03748.
Requests made by November 30th are not considered on a first come first served basis; we instead try to accommodate as many requests received by November 30th as possible in accordance with the Town Policy for Scheduling of the Enfield Community Building (see below). Scheduling of spaces at the Enfield Community Building will be done as soon after November 30th as possible. Any requests received AFTER November 30th will be scheduled on a first come first served basis.
An email notification has been sent to individuals and organizations who have reserved the Community Building in the past. If you would like to be on the email list to receive this annual notification please email your request with contact information to email@example.com
Policy for Scheduling of the Enfield Community Building
The Enfield Board of Selectmen has established a policy for the scheduling of the Enfield Community Building. The Community Building experiences a lot of activity, including many recurring uses/users. In an effort to be fair to all potential users, scheduling for the Community Building will be as follows:
Scheduling will be based on the following order:
o Town Departments shall have the right to schedule first
o Enfield-based community organizations
o All other groups on a first come first served basis
·own Departments and Enfield-based community organizations may book space up to one year in advance. All other requests may be done one month in advance only.
One-time events, such as a wedding reception, may book the building in advance of one year upon approval of the Town Manager.
Current recurring Enfield-based community organizations will be notified October 1st to submit their meeting requests for the upcoming calendar year. All requests must be made by November 30th.
